Course Description:

Smith & Burgess’ Relief System Design Course provides students an in-depth overview of pressure relief system design, their requirements, and current industry-related topics. Students will also learn the guiding principals for evaluating a relief system, as well as, determining the applicability of overpressure scenarios, required relief rates, and relief device capacity. In addition, the course provides relevant updates regarding industry guidelines and standards.  (A background in engineering and process safety is helpful but not required.)

  •  Tuesday, October 1st  |  8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  •  Wednesday, October 2nd  |  8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  •  Thursday, October 3rd  |  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

2.5 Days: Relief Systems Design Course

0.5 Day: Salus Fundamentals Course ( free & optional to attend )

Upon completion, all participants will receive 17 hours of Professional Development Hours. (21 hours if attending the Salus Fundamental Course.)

$1,550 USD per student. (Group discounts are availible.)
